About MagicClips

Divided into individual categories, these full-color magic-themed images created in a 3D modeling computer graphics program are sure to attract any audience and grace any magic-themed artwork. Combine these pictures with your text to attract your audiences with an expectation of Magic! MagicClips gives several examples of the artwork in use -- so you don't have to be a designer to use them!

I began learning a 3D modeling graphics program out of curiosity, then realized I could make pictures to accommodate my magic documents. That idea then enlarged to serve the larger magic community. The original MagicClips CD was released in 1997/1998, then came three more versions: MagicClips Sampler (2000?), MagicClips Vol. 2 (2000-2001?), and Best of MagicClips (2006?). These sophisticated clip-art pictures have been long out of circulation. When a magician asked me about them 20 years later in 2025, I realized that the images were doing no good sitting in a CD binder, so I put them on this site for any magician to download and add magical flair to his own work. I'm pleased to give these early images new life!

When setting up this website, I realized that I could add many more images using AI with Adobe Photoshop and the M365 Copilot Designer app (from Microsoft). The two are different: Adobe Photoshop uses only its own content to create images, so all the images generated are free of copyright infringement. I understand that the Microsoft app adapts images from a larger pool, and some images might infringe on copyrights, so those images are grouped under the AI Generated category while the Adobe pictures are scattered over the other categories.
